 From the moment you book an appointment with us, you can expect the highest standards of professionalism and delivery:

·         We will arrange a free survey of your property at your convenience. This will be carried out directly by the company’s owner

·         We will advise you on all the options and styles available to you, whether your home is a town house, cottage, semi-detached or detached property and Edwardian, Victorian, Tudor or contemporary in style. You can be sure that we will have a solution to match your needs and that your home will be modernised in a way that maintains its original character and style.

·         We will show you some visual examples of our products and solutions and will explain to you the full benefits of investing in PVC-U for your property   

·         After the free survey, you will be given a written proposal detailing your requirements and a schedule of works, which you can review in your own time. We will never pressurise you into taking a decision, because we want to ensure that we are right for you… the decision is always yours! 

·         We guarantee that there will not be any hidden extras, even if we find damage to the timberwork beneath your cladding, fascias or bargeboards… we will take care of that at no further cost to you 

·         Your installation will be carried out by our team of friendly and experienced fitters who are fully trained to the highest standards. They will work to ensure that you are absolutely delighted with our service!

·         Equally, when all work is completed, you can be sure that your property will be left in good order and you will not have to tidy up after our fitters

·         The finished work will be inspected by both yourselves and Greg Harisson, the owner of Peterborough Windows & Conservatories, before you make any final payments
